Caracterização microestrutural da camada de NiCrAlY sobre Ti-6Al-4V processado por laser de Yb:fibra

O processamento de materiais com laser é uma alternativa para formação camadas densas e livres porosidades, como exige a aplicação da camada metálica em TBC (Thermal Barrier Coating). um sistema que promove proteção térmica contra oxidação corrosão ligas metálicas, liga titânio (grau 5). Este trabalho tem por objetivo o estudo microestrutura formada entre NiCrAlY Ti-6Al-4V Yb:fibra. A foi pré depositada na forma pó submetida ao laser, cujos parâmetros velocidade varredura do feixe variou 25, 50 100 mm/s potência 200 W focalizado diâmetro 0,50 mm sobreposição 50%, cada trilha. avaliação dos composta pela análise microscopia eletrônica varredura, difração raios X, EDS perfil transversal amostra. Os resultados mostraram houve aderência substrato baixa diluição química interface. Com aumento metálicas mais finas foram formadas.
